We are called as WeFightCancer Research Lab, which is running under the aegis of Asarfi Charitable Trust, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Our ongoing research activities focuses on identification of potential biomarkers being expressed in early stage of breast cancer, and designing of innovative diagnostic strategies to facilitate the early detection. Moreover, our future goal is to understand the molecular mechanisms involved in cancer initiation and metastatic progression, for strengthening the treatment efficacy and management for different types of cancer.

WeFightCancer research lab is well-equipped with sophisticated instruments as well as qualified scientists and skilled lab staffs. The lab is strongly associated with Asarfi hospital and Asarfi Cancer Institute which are having an established pathology lab, blood bank and super specialty clinicians. We are having Jharkhand’s first IEC approved Biorepository along with molecular diagnostic facility.
